Marcel Linen Collection Set - Dove

I ordered these sheets weeks ago and they never showed up, so I chalked it up to COVID-19 delays. I kept checking the tracking and it had stopped updating so I reached out to customer service––apparently my set had been damaged so they cancelled the order and just never told me. I was informed that my set had been the last one in the color I ordered, so I'd either have to choose another color or I guess just cancel the order altogether. After going back and forth with customer service I ended up agreeing to a mix of colors (all Dove except the fitted sheet, which I got in Blush). They arrived pretty quickly after that, which I appreciated, but the set itself disappointing––the Blush fitted looks WAY more pink than it does in the photos and I'm not a fan. The Dove duvet cover/shams/flat sheet are really pretty but I hadn't realized that the King option was more of a Cali King dimension and it looks kind of dumb on my king bed (super long and much more narrow than my duvet insert). There are also no ties inside the duvet cover so the duvet insert isn't secured and can slide around inside, which is rather annoying. They are soft and comfortable, and customer service did give me a small discount for the shipping ordeal, but I'm not happy with this at all. I'm keeping them purely because I'm too tired to deal with the return after all of this.

I’m so pleased with our purchase, they’re gorgeous sheets and feel so luxurious. I did endless research on sheet sets and went with these because the colors were perfect and I’m so glad I did. My partner was skeptical about linen, but we’re both so happy and cozy!
